1. How do I personalise my stationery?

Each of our designs comes with personalisation options for names, dates, and other details. After you’ve placed your order, we'll be in touch within two days to collect your custom information. It’s a quick and easy process!

2. Can I mix and match designs from different collections?

Yes, absolutely! While each of our collections are designed to work as a set, feel free to mix and match pieces that reflect your personal style. Whether you want to add a matching menu or a different style of place card, it’s entirely up to you.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order is placed, we'll be in touch within two working days to collect the details for your personalisations. Once we have those from you, you’ll receive digital proofs for your approval within 5 working days. It’s really important you check these thoroughly, before we go to print.

Once we have your approval to print, we typically expect to ship your order to you within 7-10 working days, but this may vary based on your customisation details and our order volume.

Typically, you can expect to receive your items within 2-4 weeks. We'll keep you updated at every step.

4. What’s the minimum order quantity for Fable & Flourish items?

Our minimum order quantity is 40 items for all stationery, such as save-the-dates, invitations, menus and place cards.

For larger signage items (e.g. Welcome Sign), there is no minimum order quantity. For Table Numbers, our minimum order quantity is 10.

5. Can I order samples?

At the moment, we are unable to offer samples. However, you can explore our collections in detail to get a good idea of what to expect. If you have any concerns, please reach out, and we’d be happy to help you choose the right style for your wedding.

6. What is your return policy?

Because our products are personalised, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or printing of your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days, including pictures, and we’ll make it right.

If there is an issue with any wording after your order has gone to print, we cannot accept responsibility, as you will have approved the digital proofs for your order, including all wording and spelling. This would require you reordering the items, with your corrections.
